Categories of data
Depending on how GoBiiz is used, data may include account and contact details, B2B company data, booking and stay data, payment references and statuses, host and property data, contact-form messages, and technical security and audit records.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is prepared for account management, booking requests, payment and document matching, host settlement, support, system security and applicable obligations. The precise legal basis for each activity – including contract, pre-contractual steps, legal obligation or legitimate interest – requires legal confirmation before commercial launch.
Stripe, Solo and service providers
Stripe is prepared for future sandbox-tested payment and Connect flows. Solo is currently integrated only as an inactive mock adapter. Production disclosures happen only after configuration, contract, privacy review and activation of the relevant function.
Contact forms and cookies
Contact forms use validation, nonce protection, rate limiting and a honeypot. Actual email delivery is disabled in Presentation Mode. Optional cookies and external scripts may load only after the relevant consent.
Retention and deletion
GoBiiz retains data only for as long as the purpose and mandatory legal obligations require. Specific periods for booking, finance, invoice, audit and support data will be set with legal and tax advisers and published before commercial launch.
Your rights
Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent. Finance and evidence records that must be retained by law are not erased automatically.
International transfers
Appropriate safeguards and provider information must be reviewed before activating services outside the European Economic Area. The current presentation environment does not enable live payments or Solo issuance.
